Armed men from the Resistance were distributing DVDs in Al Anbar district at a large scale in which Izzat Ibrahim Al Duri was urging the people to fight against the occupation forces and their lackeys. This act disturbed the occupation and prompted the arrest of tens of people who were tortured, threatened to be killed if they heed the call of Mr. Al Duri to fight the Americans. The campaign of arrest was carried by The police force and the Sahwa , Awakening, traitors. Those who were arrested and tortured were Baathists.
